What tracking information do you provide?
After dispatch, we send the carrier name, tracking number, and tracking link when the selected shipping method supports tracking. Delivery timing, customs processing, and local carrier handling depend on the destination country and carrier.
Who pays customs or import taxes?
Destination-country import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT/GST, tariffs, and local taxes are not included unless explicitly stated. If charged, they are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority before or after delivery.
Can you source used goods?
New and official goods from Japan are preferred. Used goods may require extra review and may not always be available.
